Supermarket equipment heavy duty display and storage shelf

MAIN UNIT:
This intelligently designed shelving system has been specifically crafted to offer strength and reliability whilst maintaining a focus on efficiency and simplicity. The design comprises an external structural frame and internal 3-bay gondola system with metal pegboard backing sheets and solid shelves appropriate for heavy and bulky goods.
The system can be fitted with an array of accessories and attachments which are easily installed and adjusted to suit a wide range of applications. The Omnirack Heavy Duty Retail Shelving and Display System stands at an overall height of 3m, with the internal gondola at 2.1m. AND CUSTOMISED SIZES AVAILABLE.

Shelves: 
Shelves can be fitted at 50mm increments to both the internal gondola uprights and external frame uprights for the End Display bays.  Each shelf has welded heavy duty supports and a tapered front edge to display price strips.  Multi-positional shelf brackets allow the shelf to be positioned level or angled downward.



END BAY:
The heavy-duty omni-directional uprights allow for quick and easy fixing of beams and accessories. The end display bays require no framework due to the unique design of the upright that allows panels and accessories to attach directly to them.  This feature provides extra flexibility when changing the configuration of end display bays.
Store signage can be easily attached to the end frames. 


The ability of the system to span extra long distances and incorporate up to 3 bays of shelving x 1200mm wide reduces the volume of internal uprights required and provides a more open display area creating a feeling of more space.
A large range of accessories is available to enable any product to be stored and displayed, and custom accessories are available on request. Accessories can be designed to fit the crossbar or directly to the metal peg board panels.
